I’m using similar stuff Wireshark, SecureCRT & Solarwinds. But also Pingplotter Pro, CornerBowl & KiwiCatTools. We also have a couple of SFARM NAMs.

BTW, Given up using CiscoWorks, cause it doesn’t:-)

Glad you’re looking forward to part 2, I’ll be posting it early next week.

I don’t have anything too crazy in my toolbox, at least right now. My current client (I’m on a long-term staff replacement gig) is a bit overprotective of what software us crazy consultants use. I have access to a CA Spectrum/E-Health set up, use Wireshark and Network General (now NetScout I guess) for sniffing, Secure CRT, iperf for traffic generation when necessary, and some Solarwinds utilites.
